THE VICE REGAL ROOM - EAGLE FARM

The Vice Regal is a charming room featuring a rich and elegant Décor. Once upon a time, it was devoted to ladies’ High Tea however The Vice Regal has now become one of the most sought after venues at Eagle Farm. Situated within the John Power Stand -Members’ Reserve. Perfect for intimate dining events, The Vice Regal is also versatile enough to host cocktail parties, meetings, conferences and networking breakfasts.

THE TOTE ROOM - EAGLE FARM

Built in 1913, The Tote offers a banquet hall complete with 18 foot ceilings, natural worn brick walls and polished timber floors. The Tote’s most unique features are the original tote windows, once used by punters placing their bets. Racing memorabilia adorns the walls, adding to the unique character of this venue.

The Tote building was once pivotal to the life of the racecourse as it housed the mechanical racecourse totalisator. The machine, used to calculate dividends payable to punters, is still situated on the second floor and is a stunning, incomparable talking point. The sheer space of this room lends to both cocktail style and seated events.

THE LABORATORY - EAGLE FARM

Tucked within Eagle Farm’s oldest grandstand lies a function venue secret – The Laboratory. Built in 1889, The Laboratory (as the same name suggests) is the former racing scientific testing lab. In its contemporary form however, The Laboratory is a stunning function space featuring polished wooden floors, ornate lounge furnishings and a huge deck with views of the racecourse. Ideal for cocktail style events or weddings, this function venue also suits small boardroom meetings and conferences.

ST LEGER LAWN - DOOMBEN

Hear the rumble of the horses’ hooves as they gallop past you from this ideal trackside location situated to the right of the main grandstand on the home straight.
Design your own marquee to cater for 60 people or 5000, choose from our extensive menus and create a function specifically for your needs. The entertainment is taken care of with approx eight (8) races per raceday to follow, all you have to do is bring the party. This venue is also offered on non race days.

THE SATCHEL ROOM - DOOMBEN

THE OAKS BAR - EAGLE FARM

The Oaks Bar is a suave, sophisticated lounge bar featuring rich, dark hues exuding an air of intrigue. The facet of wood panelling features heavily, offset by deep indigo and beige tones. Minimalist design characteristics are prevalent through low, square furnishings and are testament to the uber cool, trendy feel of this bar. PRIVATE SUITES - EAGLE FARM

Eagle Farm’s private suites offer the perfect vantage point to catch all the racing action and are a unique hospitality option on race days. Situated on the top floor of the exclusive John Power Stand – Members’ Reserve – each individual private suite has the capacity to entertain up to 40 guests. Suites can be adjoined to manage capacity of up to 120.
A private suite is a stylish choice on race days for rewarding staff, corporate entertaining or a family gathering.

Alternatively, the unrestricted views offered by a private suite provide an inspiring outlook for small meetings or interviews.

CHIEF DE BEERS ROOM - DOOMBEN

Named after a true Doomben Champion, Chief De Beers was a dual Doomben 10,000 Winner in 1995 & 1998 and is now the namesake of a beautifully appointed room located on the second floor of the public grandstand.

The floor to ceiling glass panels overlooking the track & the winning post provide an all-encompassing view of the picturesque Doomben Racecourse. Chief De Beers is suitable for weddings, cocktail and corporate functions.

THE 10,000 ROOM - DOOMBEN

The Doomben 10,000 is an annual Group One race that has been running since 1933 attracting some of Australia’s most talented sprinters. Positioned on the top floor of the Members’ Grandstand and positioned directly above the Mounting Enclosure and finish post there is no better raceday position.

This beautifully appointed room is available to members’ only on Saturday race meetings with access to tote and bar facilities and available for hire in conjunction with midweek race meeting sponsorship and at all other times of the year for private functions.
A unique venue with floor to ceiling glass panels provides a splendid view ideal for your Wedding Reception or corporate events.
