The Brisbane Racing Club is proud to have close working relationships with local residents and businesses and is
committed to providing its neighbours with current information regarding large scale events and racedays.

Eagle Farm Racecourse
There will be road closures in place for a raceday at Eagle Farm Racecourse over the next few weekends as part of the 2024 The Star Stradbroke Season Racing Carnival. Road closures include:
Saturday 4th May, Saturday 1st June, Saturday 8th June, and Saturday 15th June 2024:
- McGill Ave
- Lancaster Road (from Charlton St to Racecourse Rd). Access for residents and local business owners will be faciltated when required.
Closures will be from 8am to approximately 7pm.
JHS Traffic Controllers will be on site to conduct these closures. The BRC will also ensure that secuirty guards and cleaners patrol the surrounding areas to Eagle Farm Racecourse.
Doomben Racecourse
There will be road closures in place for a raceday at Eagle Farm Racecourse over the next few weekends as part of the 2024 The Star Stradbroke Season Racing Carnival. Road closures include:
Saturday 18th May and Saturday 25th May 2024:
- Hampden St will be closed from Nudgee Rd to Onslow St
- Brassey St and Hopetoun St will be closed for through traffic. Resident's vehicle will have access when required via Lamington Ave. There is NO vehicle access to these 2 streets via Hampden St
Closures will be from 8am to approximately 7pm.

All music will be played within the noise restrictions of BRC's liquor licence.
