Brisbane Racing Club Raising Funds for Great Causes During Ladbrokes Spring Racing Carnival

8 October 2024

The Brisbane Racing Club will host a 50-50 Charity Raffle at each of the upcoming racedays of Ladbrokes Spring Racing Carnival to help raise much-needed funds for five different charity organisations.

The first raffle this Saturday (12 October) on XXXX Queensland Cup Raceday at Eagle Farm Racecourse will benefit Community Canteen.

The 50-50 fundraising initiative gives racegoers the chance to win big cash prizes, with everyone who buys a ticket going into the draw to win 50 percent of the prize pool of tickets sold. The other 50 percent goes to support great charitable causes. The more tickets sold, the bigger the cash prize to be won and the more money raised for the raceday charity.

Raffle ticket sellers in distinctive 50-50 green aprons will be at each raceday and from the Tuesday before each raceday, tickets can be purchased online at https://5050charityraffle.com.au/brisbaneracingclub

Since 2018, BRC has helped raise more than $780,000 for a wide range of charities through the 50-50 initiative.

If you would like to volunteer to sell tickets for any of the charities on the racedays, please email team@5050charityraffle.com.au
