This year's EVA Air Ladies Raceday promises an unforgettable experience, packed with excitement, glamour, and the thrill of live thoroughbred racing. Here’s how to make the most of your day from start to finish!
10:30 AM – Gates Open
As you arrive on course, begin your day in the lively Petaluma Garden. Unwind and take a photo for your socials in a beautiful floral swing chair. Soak up the vibrant atmosphere and try your luck by entering the Petaluma Spin to Win Competition. Take in the surrounds as you wait for your friends to arrive, or finish studying the day’s form.
10:35 AM – Coffee and Raffle
Once the crew has assembled, make your way to Grinders for a freshly brewed coffee. Don't forget to grab a 50-50 raffle ticket to support todays charity partner, the Pyjama Foundation!
11:30 AM – Functions Open
If you’ve purchased into one of our cocktail or dining packages, now is the time to claim your spot. Settle in and get ready for the excitement of Race 1, jumping at 11:38 AM.
12:30 PM – Lunchtime
After a thrilling morning, it’s time to refuel! For those in General Admission, head to Stradbroke Plaza for a delicious lunch. While you're there, snap a fun photo in the Giant Teacup, Giddy Up Round Floral Seat, or the Ladbrokes Spring Racing Carnival green arch wall – they’re the perfect Instagram moment! 1:23 PM – EVA Air Open Hcp
Don’t miss our feature race, the EVA Air Open Hcp at 1:23 PM. Feel the adrenaline as the horses thunder down the track!
3:15 PM & 4:15 PM – The Everest & Caulfield Cup
Catch these exhilarating races live on one of the largest screens in the southern hemisphere. The atmosphere will be electric.
5:23 PM – Eagle Farm Last Race
As the day winds down, make sure you’re there for our final race at 5:23 PM. The energy is palpable, and you won’t want to miss a moment!
5:30 PM – Public Lawn Afterparty
Finally, cap off your fabulous day at the Public Lawn Afterparty. Dance the night away with J-FUNK and celebrate a day well spent.
