Construction is well underway for Racecourse Village as shown in the aerial photos taken on 3rd April 2018. As seen in the photos, the solar panels on the roof will provide power equivalent to 74 standard homes and strives towards the centre meeting neutral energy consumption.

Racecourse Village is scheduled to open in July 2018 as part of the new $1.2 billion master-planned Eagle Farm Racecourse redevelopment, which include some 1,200 apartments, upmarket bars and restaurants, a hotel and a neighbourhood shopping centre. The 5,000sqm of retail on the 19,000sqm site offers a premium retail opportunity in a thriving part of the city’s northeast. Racecourse Village will boast a state of the art 3,800sqm Woolworths Supermarket and approximately 1,200sqm of specialty retail space plus 1,215sqm of level 1 commercial space.

Woolworths will be the only on-grade full-line supermarket in the catchment.
