Members who wish to enter the competition are to present to the Melbourne Cup Photo Wall within the Members Reserve at Eagle Farm Racecourse and have their photo taken by the on-course photographer.
Categories:
- Best-Dressed Female Member
- Best-Dressed Female Member Runner-Up
- Best-Dressed Male Member
- Best-Dressed Male Member Runner-Up
- Photo’s will be taken from 9am and will close at 12 noon on the day.
- Photos will then be collated and judged by a panel.
- Five (5) finalists will be chosen in the Best Dressed Female category and Five (5) Finalists in the Best Dressed Male category.
- All ten 10 finalists will be contacted via phone and asked to present to the Winners Circle for the final judging at the nominated time TBC closer to the date.
- The winner will be announced live by the Race Caller at a time confirmed by the Promoter.
- Winners will also be announced by way of their photo appearing on the large screen at the Racecourse
- For the purpose of the Competition, Best Dressed is defined as a well-considered race day outfit, and must also showcase millinery and complementary accessories (jewellery, shoes, and bag) and is to reflect the entrants own individual style and appropriateness for a day at the Races.
- To be eligible entrants must be a Full Member of the 23/24 season. (No Guest Cards)
- Entrants may request a copy of their photo via SMS.
- Entrants are encouraged to post their photo to their social media channels and tag us #bneraces #brcstyle
