Brisbane Racing Club are planning to build a boutique commercial office building adjoining the St Leger Stand, on the main straight at Eagle Farm Racecourse.
St Leger House will comprise 5 levels of commercial office space, with floor plates between 1,100 to 1600 m2. Each level will have its own private balcony and will be finished to the Property Council's 'A Grade' commercial standard, with a 5 star Nabers rating.
Expressions of interest to lease commercial space in the development are now open. Whole floor commitments are preferred, however smaller office suites will be considered for preferred parties.
