Moshtix Members Guide

 

Brisbane Racing Club is proud to have leading ticketing platform and events promoter Moshtix as our ticketing partner. 

Working with some of Australia’s most iconic race clubs, festivals and entertainment venues, Moshtix offers the Brisbane Racing Club the most up-to-date industry innovations and technology. 

The partnership provides BRC Members and customers a seamless user experience including a smooth purchasing journey, mobile ticketing, and more.

One of the major benefits for BRC Members is that you can access discounted packages and tickets online, replacing the old format of having to call the Sales Team directly. 

Please read on for more information on accessing your Member discounted packages and tickets. 

How To Access Discounted Member Tickets

1. Visit the Brisbane Racing Club website and select your preferred Raceday or Event through the Calendar. Find the ticket or package that you want to purchase.
2. Click the ‘Buy Now’ button which will open the Moshtix portal. Please note the Member discounted prices will not show in this screen.
3. To see the Member discounts, please log in to Moshtix. 
      a. If you do NOT have a Moshtix account, please sign up for one here and use the email address on your BRC Membership account
      b. If you do have an existing Moshtix account with this email address, simply log in. 
      c. If you do have an existing Moshtix account with a DIFFERENT email address to this one, please let us know and we can change this for you. Simply contact membership@brc.com.au 
4. Once logged in, the Member price will appear in green! For every ticket you purchase at the Member rate, you MUST have a Members or Guest card to gain that person access to the Racecourse and Members Reserve. 
5. You can proceed with the payment.

Please note the Member discount is available for Member Cards & Guest Cards in packages located within the Members Reserve packages only. For every ticket you purchase at the Member rate, you MUST have a Members or Guest card to gain that person access to the Racecourse and Members Reserve. The Moshtix portal will automatically limit the amount of member discounted tickets you can purchase, dependent on the type of function.
