The Stradbroke Season Fashions on the Field presented by Moet & Chandon competition for 2022 will consist of a Fashion Photographic Shoot for all entrants, with finalists still experiencing the thrill and glamour of the Fashions on the Field stage! 

Entrants will be judged on an overall aesthetically pleasing Autumn/Winter raceday outfit that is also deemed appropriate for the Brisbane weather.

While expressing sophistication, current trend interpretation, creativity and individual style, the outfit should be in alignment with Autumn/Winter racing dress codes and include shoes, headwear and accessories. 

Stand out on stage by ensuring head-to-toe attention to detail has been considered, a focus on sartorial elegance and your greatest accessory - confidence! 

Each of the days will have a specific theme noting each individual has an opportunity to interpret these and will be judged on a well-executed overall outfit.

The categories this year for each day will include a Winner and Runner-up for Best Dressed Female and Best Dressed Male with Best Dressed Couple an added category to Stradbroke Day.

A new and exciting category has been added to Stradbroke Day this year to recognise Best Dressed Overall Stradbroke Season Winner and Runner-up.  This category has been created to recognise and reward the entrant/s who have attained the highest points during the Stradbroke Season competition in the Best Dressed Female and Best Dressed Male divisions, and the entrant who has attained the second highest points as Runner-up in the Best Dressed Female and Best Dressed Male divisions.

Each week ten finalists in each category will be awarded points by the judges per the competition criteria.

Results of each raceday’s competition winners and Runner-up of each category will be published on the BRC website and include a points tally.

The more times an entrant enters Fashions on the Field competition, the more chances the entrant has of becoming the Winner or Runner-up of the Overall Stradbroke Season Best Dressed Female and Best Dressed Male Category.

Members Fashions on the Field - In the Members Reserve there will be special prizes awarded to the Best Dressed Female Member and Best Dressed Male Member of the day. Winners will be selected by Brisbane Racing Club elected judges observing the Members Area.
